Thank you very much for choosing our property to be a part of your experience Up North. This property has been our home for over a decade and we are so happy to be able to share it with you.

Cabin Manual

Drinking water is the little faucet by the kitchen sink.
Dish soap is the little pump dispenser to the right of the kitchen sink.
Please enter your username and password to access channels that require a TV subscription on Apple TV - and, don't forget to log out at Check-Out.
Use the same remote control for both TVs and DVD player. The little silver remote is for the Apple TV.
Make sure to keep windows without screen shut in the Summer - Northwoods is well known for its bug season.

Check Out

MUST DO's:

Before 11AM.
Wash and put away dishes.
Log out of any personal credentials on Apple TV.
If you haven't yet, please click here to fill out the MN Department of Health Form.

NICE DO'S, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Put all bedding (except comforter), bath towels and kitchen towels in the laundry basket and leave it by the sliding glass door. The laundry basket is on top of the washer/dryer unit.
Dispose garbage in the garbage can located behind the cabin.
Leave recycling bin by the sliding glass door.

Property Rules

Among others, these are the very important terms:

1. NO shoes in the cabin.

2. NO smoking and NO Pets allowed: Any odor inside the cabin will result in a $500 fee.

3. Speed limit on the driveway is 5MPH.

4. Charcoal grill must be moved AT LEAST 6 feet away from the cabin and never left unattended while in use.

5. Septic: The property is on a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.

6. Sauna: Before entering the sauna, all guests must read all of the sauna instructions and rules on the Sauna webpage and use the sauna at their own risk.

7. LOFT SAFETY WARNINGS: Guests agree that use of sleeping loft and access ladder is at your own risk.
