Hey there, welcome to Agua Norte!

Thank you so much for choosing our cabin to be a part of your experience Up North. We truly hope you love our home as much as we do!

 

To make your stay even more comfortable and relaxing, we have created this page specially to tell you all the things about our cabin and land. It covers lighting map, check-out info, property rules, cabin tricks, sauna info and so much more! But, if at any moment you have any questions, just give us a holler!

COVID POLICY:

We follow AirBnB's Enhanced Cleaning Process very seriously and also require that our guests bring their own bedding and linens such as pillows, blankets, sheets (queen mattress), bath and kitchen towels. A mattress protector is provided and  MUST be used (it has been rotated and washed to the highest possible temperature)

A MUST READ

  • NO Shoes in the cabin.

  • NO smoking or Pets allowed: Any odor inside the cabin will result in a $500 fee. 

  • NO events allowed.

  • Charcoal grill must be moved AT LEAST 6 feet away from the cabin and never left unattended while in use.

  • Speed limit on the driveway is 10MPH. 

  • Our property has a septic system and well water. Please be very mindful of your water usage and do not throw anything in the toilet other than your business and toilet paper. Septic system damage will result in a $2,000 fee.

  • NO professional or third party photoshoots allowed unless permitted with written consent from host.

BEFORE 11AM

You rate us for cleanliness at check-in and we rate you for cleanliness at check-out, so please:

 

  • Remove mattress cover and leave it on the floor by the sliding glass door.

 

  • Wash and put away dishes.

  • Log out of any personal credentials on Apple TV.

  • Dispose garbage in the garbage can located behind the cabin. 

  • Dispose compost in composting bin outside.

  • Leave recycling bin by the sliding glass door.

A HANDY LITTLE LIST TO HAVE HANDY

  • Drinking water is the little faucet by the kitchen sink.

  • Dish soap is the little pump dispenser to the right of the kitchen sink.

 

  • Please enter your username and password to access channels that require a TV subscription on Apple TV - and, don't forget to log out at Check-Out.

  • Use the same remote control for both TVs and DVD player. The little silver remote is for the Apple TV.

  • Make sure to keep windows without screen shut in the Summer - Northwoods is well known for its bug season.

  • If outdoor motion light keeps turning on at night, it may be because bathroom fan is on. The steam from the bathroom will trigged the motion light during cold nights.​
